Serving a happy family is the greatest joy of my work.
When they first walked through the door, I honestly thought they were a group of friends.
Upon closer look, it was a mother with her two daughters.
The mother had taken such elegant care of herself that sitting together, they looked like three sisters.
It felt almost like a "foul play" against time!
The two daughters were equally lovely and charming.
But what really caught my eye wasn't just their appearance.
It was the way they looked at each other. The natural laughter that followed whenever one spoke. The small gesture of saying "Mom, try this piece first" while reaching out.
I realized that this is exactly what people mean when they talk about a truly harmonious family.
A good family is announced by their atmosphere before they even speak.
It is felt in the air, long before any words are exchanged.
Hosting such a family is the greatest blessing for any restaurateur.
While I am grateful for large corporate gatherings and lavish events, when a family who deeply cares for one another entrusts us with their meal, that table becomes something that transcends mere sales.
I believe this is why family guests are always the best.
The Uncle Who Brought All His Nieces and Nephews
Having a cool uncle who treats his nieces and nephews to a magnificent meal is a wonderful thing.
This was his second visit.
The first time, he came quietly on his own. This time, he "summoned" all his nieces and nephews. His spouse was also there, and the uncle picked up the entire tab.
The expression on his face while buying a grand meal for the kids was heartwarming.
In the end, this is why we earn money, isn't it? To put the best food into the mouths of those we love.
As he left, he left us with one promise:
"I have someone else to bring soon. I'll be back."
We have never engaged in aggressive marketing.
Instead, our wonderful guests become the best "sales team" we could ask for.
These people are my true wealth.
They are people you cannot attract with ads, and their sincerity cannot be bought with money.
I am already grateful for their visit, but when they bring another person along, I bow my head in sincere gratitude every time.

When you run a business, you realize something.
Even if you don't go out looking for them, the people you want to see will come to you first. And they never come alone. They bring those they cherish.
The family who brought more family. The uncle who brought his nieces.
Though the stories at these two tables were different, their sentiment was the same.
"I want to seat the person I love in the place that I enjoyed."
As someone who prepares meals, there is no greater fulfillment than this. Although we are paid for our service, filling someone's heart along with their stomach is a form of "Bosi" (generosity or offering).
I receive that blessing from my guests every single day.
