Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming some very special guests.

Entrepreneurs from the BNI Chance Chapter, a group I was part of for a year, visited us for a corporate dinner with a special guest from Japan.

I remember dressing in business suits for our breakfast meetings at 6:30 AM.

It was a time for introducing our businesses and connecting each other with the right people.

Back then, we were professionals exchanging business cards.

This time, we shared premium tuna sashimi and raised our glasses at Goldtuna.

One of the joys of running a restaurant is that even when I can't visit others, people I miss come to see me, drawn by the promise of a great meal.

The Somaek Cocktail Show: A Hit with Japanese Guests

Our guest from Japan mentioned they were really looking forward to Goldtuna’s famous "Somaek Cocktail Show."

I felt honored that they chose our Bangi-dong location out of so many places in Korea.

As soon as our "Somaek Auntie" (our expert manager) started preparing the glasses, cameras came out.

Glasses were stacked, cheers erupted, and everyone was laughing.

The evening was a mix of savoring tuna, snapping photos, and deep conversations.

Business talk and casual banter blended perfectly over the table.

That night, Goldtuna felt less like a restaurant and more like a joyful festival.
