Premium Japanese Course Meal in Sinsa-dong: California Family Review
On June 24, 2026, a family of tourists from California, USA, visited the Sinsa branch of Goldtuna.
They had already decided on their dining spot before their visit and even knew about our "Tuna Uncle" (our master chef) beforehand.
It was a choice they made themselves to experience a fresh, authentic Korean-style tuna course during their trip to Seoul.
A Family Guest from California
The guests shared via a translation app that it is difficult to find fresh fish, especially premium tuna, in the U.S. in the same way it's served in Korea.
Because of this, they specifically wanted to experience a Korean tuna course during their Seoul itinerary.
After searching the Gangnam area for about an hour, they decided on our Sinsa branch.

4 PM: Welcoming Guests Before Our Own Break
4 PM was originally the time scheduled for our staff to have their meal.
The guests arrived exactly then, so we postponed our dinner and prioritized serving them first.
There was no reason to keep guests waiting who had traveled from so far away.

While these specific notes aren't from the California family, they are actual visit records from guests from Germany, Hong Kong, and other countries.

Premium Japanese Course Dining at Sinsa Branch
The meal proceeded with our Omakase (chef's choice) Special course.
It consists of a 15-course structure, including tuna sashimi, sushi, grilled dishes, fried items, a main meal, and dessert.
Because the course flows logically, the dining experience continues naturally even without a perfect language connection.
The atmosphere was warm and comfortable throughout the entire meal.
After Finishing the Meal
As they left, they thanked us multiple times and gave a "thumbs up."
