A Heartwarming Family Reunion at Goldtuna: Celebrating a Birthday in Seoul

In early July, four siblings visited Goldtuna Bangi-dong branch for a very special occasion.

Their hometown is Gimhae, a city in South Korea famous for its sweet persimmons.

The two eldest live here in Seoul, while the third sibling and the youngest traveled all the way from Busan to meet.

The reason for this joyful gathering? It was the third sibling's birthday celebration.

As I listened to their family stories, everyone burst into laughter when talking about their birth order.

“My father kept trying until he finally got a son with the last one.”

The sisters teased their brother affectionately while patting him on the head.

“But he’s still such a cute little brother to us.”

Even as a grown man, sitting between his three older sisters instantly turned him back into the baby of the family. The youngest brother seemed quite used to it, smiling as he accepted his sisters' playful attention.

The table was filled with long-standing family stories that night.

They reminisced about childhood adventures, talked about their parents, and shared updates on their current lives. The playful banter and teasing could only come from siblings who have shared a lifetime of memories.
